Anand S. Krishnan - Managing Partner

Anand has 32 years of experience across Delhi, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai in entrepreneurship, controllership, internal audit, investment banking, and private equity. He was involved in sovereign restructurings in the late 80’s, Asian crisis restructuring in the late 90’s, and the late 2000’s global recession with emphasis on restructuring in the UAE. Anand has been integral to the value creation process in the PE space across deals at JP Morgan Chase and at Dubai International Capital. He has managed AUMs of over US$ 5 billion over a period of 10 years with significant experience in the full cycle of PE, and in a diversified space which includes aerospace, leisure, hotels, sports, medicine, and oil & gas.

Anand has a BA in Business from Delhi University, India; an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA; and has attended executive education programs at Harvard University, USA. He has been a participant in several leadership courses across JPMorgan and DIC in Asia and the US and was named a “Top Indian Leader in the Arab World” in 2015 by Forbes Middle East. Born and raised in India, Anand speaks English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.

Rajeev Kalambi - Principal

Rajeev has 18 years of experience across Mumbai and Delhi in consulting, capital markets (research and deal origination), debt (corporate banking) & investment banking (private equity & M&A). Of this, 8 years was spent in investment banking – deal origination and transaction execution across IPOs, private equity fundraising and M&A. He established the New Delhi office for Edelweiss Capital and Cipher Capital and was an executive committee member of SMC Capitals prior to joining FW. Rajeev has had close interactions with ~50 prominent PE funds on transactions and has developed good relationships with numerous Indian and Asian funds. With experience across various elements of finance and structuring, Rajeev offers insights in investment decision making and value creation at Company/Board level. Rajeev has a strong network and relationships with corporate groups, investment banks & intermediaries, audit firms and lawyers across Asia for deal sourcing, through which he has introduced multiple deals for active consideration since joining the firm in January 2015.

Rajeev has a Master's degree from the Delhi School of Economics and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. Born and raised in India, Rajeev speaks English, Hindi, Konkani, and Bengali.

Amit R. Krishnan - Principal

Amit has 9 years of experience in London and Dubai in investment banking, industry, entrepreneurship, and private equity. This includes 7 years of investing experience with FidelisWorld and FSIF. He has been involved in various capacities in fundraising, deal sourcing, diligence, transaction negotiation, final closure, and exits of all FW and FSIF portfolio companies, totaling approx. US$ 90 million. Amit was actively involved in setting the overall strategy of the proprietary FidelisWorld vehicle and its portfolio companies. His previous experience includes helping manage the acquisition and integration of a major Middle Eastern steel foundry and valve manufacturer by Tyco, the global industrial firm, and was a summer analyst at JPMorgan’s German ECM desk in London – named “Best Equity Capital Markets House” by Euromoney for the year 2007.

Amit is a graduate of the Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and the General Course at the London School of Economics with a major in International Political Economy. He also completed a six month course at the Beijing Language and Culture University. Born in India and raised in New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong, Amit speaks English, Tamil, Hindi, and Spanish.

Srirama J. Srinivasan - CFO

Srirama has 21 years of finance experience in Chennai, Mumbai, Jakarta, New York, Singapore, London, and Dubai across platforms and roles – manufacturing, telecom, banking, corporate banking (deal origination and financial closures), portfolio management, strategic tie ups, and private equity. This includes 10 years of Private Equity experience in deal negotiation, transaction execution, and financial closure across private equity and debt fundraising. In his previous role at Dubai International Capital, he established the Global Strategic Equity Fund under DFSA and worked on various committees on large LBO transactions. Srirama worked with Standard Chartered Banking Group in strategic outsourcing of Finance Function from Jakarta, Singapore and New York. He has a strong network and relationships with banks, audit firms and law firms in the Middle East and India.

Srirama has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Madras Univerity. He is a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, CPA (Australia), and a Six Sigma Black Belt. Born and raised in India, Srirama speaks English, Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam.

Gaurav Prakash - Associate Director

Gaurav has 9 years of private equity experience including in London and Mumbai with Summit Partners and Bessemer Venture Partners. He has evaluated venture capital and private equity transactions across North America, Europe and India, having covered healthcare, life sciences, internet, software and consumer sectors at Summit Partners from 2010 - 2013. Gaurav joined Bessemer Venture Partners in 2007 and covered Internet, Financial Services, Consumer sectors. Gaurav began his career with Tata Strategic Management Group in 2005.

He is a mechanical Engineer from Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi), and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business, besides being a CFA charter holder. Born and raised in India, Gaurav speaks English, Hindi, and French.
