We use our proprietary networks to identify companies and entrepreneurs that have credible track records and leadership positions or differentiation. These companies are profitable or near-profitable; have sustainable and scalable high-RoE business models; are disruptive or have defenses against disruption; are already global or have the potential to develop/acquire a global footprint; and where we can support management by providing capital and strategic guidance for growth.

 

We seek to generate superior equity returns by establishing true partnerships and aligned incentives with entrepreneurs and company management. We prefer to take significant minority stakes, with meaningful governance and investment protection features, and focus our energies towards assisting management in value creation.
